This website is hosted by Shopify and is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant Level 1 PCI DSS is an information security standard for handling credit and debit card information.

Delivery Locations & Times

I currently ship all prints and other products internationally. 

In the U.S., prints are normally delivered within ten days of placing your order, however large metal prints in particular can take up to three weeks as they are custom made when you place the order and depend on the turnaround time of our printer. 

If you need the order rushed please email studio@awildlife.co and we will inquire about any fees and the turnaround time.

International orders require additional time as sometimes they can get held up at customs.

How Prints Are Shipped:

All paper prints are prepared for shipping with cotton gloves. Acid free paper is placed over the image to protect it from scratches when rolled. Depending on the size of the print, it will either be shipped flat or placed inside a thick, shipping tube with padding on each end.

Our shipping boxes are made of 100% recycled content and 95% post-consumer waste that has been diverted from landfills. The materials used to construct the box do not contain synthetic polymers and are curbside recyclable. 

The nest filler is a sustainable FSC-certified recycled paper fiber, made with 100% recycled content. The paper fibers do not contain added synthetic polymers. The filler is made from readily renewable raw materials that can be regrown. And is curbside recyclable. 

Our water-activated packaging tape and made from 100% recycled, FSC-certified paper, so your tape is fully compostable like the other packaging materials. It is also printed with renewable soy-based ink.

Note: sometimes we need to add bubble wrap for very sensitive items. This is not recyclable.

Tracking:

A tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been dropped off with a courier.

Returns

As many print orders are produced through a third-party all sales are final.

However, please reach out with any issues, and we will be more than happy to address your concerns and try to work something out. 

All other products may be returned within 30 days as long as they have not been used or damaged. Email studio@awildlife.co to initiate a return.

A return shipping label will be forwarded to you via email.
